TRUCK DRIVER
Position Responsibilities (key duties, scope of position, goals, expectations, skill requirements, and travel requirements)
Proper maintenance and care of the aggregate haul truck, completion of all paperwork, assiting with plant work, following all policies, procedures, and safety rules and maintaining good public relations with customers is needed.
Position Dimensions (i.e., communication skills, planning, teamwork, technical knowledge, leadership, initiative)
Drives a truck to transport loose materials such as sand, gravel and crushed rock
Ability to help serve as a laborer when not driving truck
Performs pre and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation of truck.
Maintains appearance of truck.
Follows all safety rules and company policies and procedures.
Other Related Experiences Required or Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or a GED
CDL-A Required
Minimum 2 Years of driving experience.
Must have a valid CDL-A driver’s license and must have a clean driving record.
Ability it regularly lift 50 lbs and frequently lift 70 lbs.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR/FOREMAN
MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE OPERATING HEAVY EQUIPMENT MACHINES.
MUST HAVE VALID MASSACHUSETTS HOISTING LICENSE

Bobcat Skid Steers

Qualified Candidates must have the Experience in:
Roadway & Sidewalk Excavation/Grading
Utilities (Water, Sewer, Drainage)
Site Work/Development (Select Demo, Earth Excavation, Grading)
MUST BE WILLING TO HELP LABOR WHEN ON JOB SITE

Ensure work site is maintained and that equipment is running properly
Safely operate equipment and perform mechanic and general labor duties
Able to lift up to 70+ pounds
Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ability to manage small crew, maintain good housekeeping around the work site.
Ability to work overtime as needed and Monday through Friday including Saturdays as the business requires.
Maintain equipment in proper working order.
Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, peers, operators, and customers serviced.
Use safe practices in all activities.

CONCRETE LABORER/FINISHER
MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION.
Position Responsibilities (key duties, scope of position, goals, expectations, skill requirements, and travel requirements)
Finish Various Types of Concrete Surfaces.
Form & Grade for Concrete Surfaces
Install Rebar Reinforcement
Install Various Types of Curbing
Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete.
Set/Strip concrete forms an ensuring forms are correct depth and slope.
Moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms.
Spreads concrete into sections of forms with rake or shovel.
Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping.
Smooths and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete.
Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impact finish.
Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound.
Molds expansion joints and edges.
Produces rough concrete surface with broom.
Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces.

MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ASPHALT CONSTRUCTION.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY DUTIES, SCOPE OF POSITION, GOALS, EXPECTATIONS, SKILL REQUIREMENTS, AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS)
Perform various paving operations such as: roadways, parking lots, driveways, patching, reclamation, milling, excavation, grading
Will be responsible for maintenance, grounds and housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain work sites, grounds and equipment.
